Scheduling an Appointment Online

Use our                                                       to schedule an appointment.  This will require creating an

account through Optimantra.  Here you can schedule, change or cancel your appointment at any time (please see our 24-hour clinic cancellation policy below).

*Due to recent changes in the Optimantra software/website - new patients MUST email WatsonvilleAcupuncture@gmail.com PRIOR to setting your password*
 

If this is your First Time Logging in to Optimantra:

  • Click on the "Set Password" button located below the "Login" button and enter your email address, or you can use a phone number that receives text messages

  • Click on the "Get Password Reset Link in Email" button or "Get a Code via Text Message"

  • Check your email or text inbox for a link to set your Optimantra password (Your email address will be your login)

  • Now login using your email address or phone number along with the password that you just set

  • Using the navigation column on the left hand side of the screen, click on "Documents & Handouts" to fill out your initial intake paperwork - you can also opt to fill out your paperwork in person (just please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your schedule time)

  • These forms are in english as well as Spanish - please fill them out before scheduling your first appointment

 

Using the "Manage Appointments" button located in the navigation column, you can schedule a visit:

  • Click on the drop-down menu located at the top of the screen to choose your provider, then click on the "Schedule Appointment" button

  • Use the drop-down menu to choose your provider again before selecting the service you wish to schedule for your visit by clicking "Proceed"

  • Choose the time that you would like to schedule your appointment (please choose an appointment time that falls on either the hour or half-hour mark 

 

Insurance & Payment

Payment is due at the time service(s) are rendered.  Watsonville Acupuncture accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Card, Venmo/Paypal.

  • Tricare West - via Veteran's Affairs (VA)

  • Worker's Compensation

  • Personal Liability Cases

Although it is the patient's responsibility to familiarize themselves with their insurance plans, feel free to have us do a benefits check to see if you are in network to use your health insurance for your visit.  

Cash Rates

New Patient Initial Intake and Treatment - $90 (90 minutes)

  • Initial consultation regarding Health Concerns 

  • Review of Health History

  • Any questions regarding First Treatment

  • Initial Treatment

  • Discussion of Treatment Plan including Dietary/Lifestyle Recommendations, Herbal Formulas, Exercises (cost of Herbs not included in Initial Intake and Treatment cost)

Please be sure to fill out your initial intake paperwork prior to your first visit either online or in-person

Follow-Up Treatment - $75 (60 minutes)

  • Follow-up consultation and review of Treatment Plan

  • Assessment of Dietary/Lifestyle Recommendations, Herbal Formula Prescription, and/or Exercises

  • Follow-up Treatment

If you are a new patient or this is your first visit in 2 years or more, please select "New Patient and Initial Intake/Treatment" in services

Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Watsonville Acupuncture!  As a courtesy to all of our patients, we try our best to maintain a smooth and efficient clinic schedule so that our patients can maximize their treatment time.  Because our treatments are by appointments online, please familiarize yourself with our clinic cancellation policy:

  • 24-hour notice required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments to avoid charge

  • Patients who provide less than 24 hour notice, or miss their appointment entirely will be charged a cancellation fee

  • Illness, emergencies and other special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis but patients must contact their provider via call/text before their scheduled appointment time
